  • Seoul, the Gateway to Asia and Europe

    The Korean Peninsula lies in the center of Northeast Asia. The coordinates of its capital, Seoul, are 37.34° N and 126.59° E, putting it in close proximity to the Yellow Sea.   • Summer in Seoul

    July is one of the hottest months in Seoul, in comparison to August. The monthly average temperature is 24°C and daytime averages hit 27°C with a record temperature in Seoul of 38.4°C in July. For clothing, please pack heat and humid-friendly items, as well as rainwear. When you enter some buildings, you can get cold with the air conditioning, so a light jacket is advisable.
